Our mission is to partner with healthcare clients to assist in the recruiting efforts and hiring process to provide excellent long term employees who will provide a secure employment relationship and contribute to the success and productivity of the organization.

Our Process:
Initially with client 
• Become acquainted with client organization and its contact representatives germane to search efforts.
• Determine accurate job description and credentials requirements.
• Discuss benefits and perks available to candidates (i.e., salary range, re-location or interview expenses).
• Learn about the corporate culture and leadership structure.
Recruitment Process
• Search candidates using internet career boards, candidate data base, referrals and networking contacts.
• Provide descriptive, inviting postings on internet job boards that target healthcare.
• Thorough phone screening of candidates to determine that credentials and experience is appropriate for job opening and geographical location.
• Abide by the “Golden Rule of Recruiting” in that each candidate submitted has at least 90% of the skills required, is agreeable to the salary range offered, and is motivated about the position by more than money.
• Conduct personal and skills assessment interview with candidate.
• Summarize assessment and provide added insights along with resume submission.
• Make every effort to obtain one reference check prior to submitting candidates.
Interview
• Work with client and candidate to coordinate and set agreeable interview times.
• Prepare candidates for interview, so that expectation levels on both sides are commensurate with job and salary requirements.
• Follow up interview with both candidate and client to determine areas of agreement, questions, or next steps.
• If requested, negotiate salary and offer details with candidate.
• Provide client with on-going search activity and results during search process.
Follow up
Maintain contact with both client and candidate to determine on an on-going basis of regular intervals that the employer/employee relationship is mutually beneficial.
